I dont care about any of your buyers nor did i contact anyone except the guy i saw who was worried if he would get scammed because of netflix upgrades as you guys give lifetime warranty lets say if someone buys today and ur service closes tomorrow he will get scammed in a way that is a figure of speech. Why would i take ur buyers i dont even have the method nor do i own a shop.

 

I saw a guy who was worried i asked him if he would like a better option he said yes send the link so i just sent the link, i just recommended him a better shop with better terms. I did not sales trash and didnt even contact any of your buyers except this guy.

 

Lastly my intention was to help a buyer it was not for my personal profit as i do not do that kind of services which are risky.

Additional Information: alright so this kid comes to me and ASKS me to buy MY methods a day ago and after getting some information from me, he stalls and says that he needs time to think, next thing I know this kid is messaging people on my discord to buy from him and that my shop is a scam (????????? he literally wanted to buy my methods ???) , due to this I don't know how many customers I lost.

AS you can see in the screenshots this guy doesn't care one bit about what he did and takes no responsibility for any damage done which for me is really weird.
People get manipulated easily and turn away from the shop when someone like this messages them, especially when and IF he sends them his profile since he has the highest rank that money can buy ATM and a good amount of reputation.

I don't know if this is actually punishable or bannable or something, but I think he should be punished in some kind of way.

Little explaination on how i work when i refund amazon.fr.

Firstly, a week after a refund is done, i delet anything related to this refund (including the google form, the protonmail logins and the documents i've sent to amazon to do this refund if it was necessary).

Refunding is FRAUD (most people forget it but refunding is NOT legal) and this is for the safety of the customer and I that I do this.

 

No let's dive into my process when doing an Amazon.fr refund for a customer.

I create a protonmail and ask my customer to put this email on his account so i don't have to ask him for the OTP every time i want to login + i need to talk with amazon by answering their mails and i don't want the customer to know what i tell to amazon in order to do the refund.

 

Now, when the refund is done, if the customer uses his personal account to do the refund, he will most likely ask me to give him back the account. When asked, i do it INSTANTLY once he has paid.

Now, in this case @jolle came after 3 weeks (so 2 weeks after i deleted the protonmail logins) and asked me if i could change back the email on amazon.

I told him that i don't have access to the protonmail anymore like i just explained above.

 

Then he said that his amazon password has been changed. 

I told him i didn't change it.

I tried to login too and the password is not working (BUT I DIDN'T CHANGE IT).

 

For me, the account is banned (this can be because he used the same IP/Device to login to multiple Amazon accounts).

 

I never change the password of the Amazon account when doing a refund.

its not banned i ordered directly from my phone where it didn't disconnect firstly so it is NOT banned. 
you already refunded for me and I was able to add back my phone number and change back the email to my email after the first refund like 3 weeks later without asking you to give me something back. this time around it wasn't the case because the password was changed :)

Additional Information: Ok so here is the story: He refunded amazon.fr for me multiple times, everything always went good but this time when I tried to log in on my account on my pc to check something regarding AVS i couldn't because it said that the password is incorrect, however I did not change the password since the last time I gave him mine for the refund, my phone stayed connected on the account on the amazon application so I though everything was good as always, only this time when I tried to login on my account on my PC it said that the password was incorrect and therefore I couldn't add my phone number back nor change the email, so basically I lose a 5 year amazon account with all my information I needed on AVS and I basically can't command with my fresh account because they will block me since I only have one card and a static IP. He's talking bs and saying that he didn't change the password telling me to contact his other clients like I care about his clients since he is fucking me over and not someone else. He keeps saying: I don't care I don't want to lose time on you. He also says that he doesn't store any info on the account which is BS.
