Got scammed for about $4k and want to send a legal letter to the scammer. He currently resides in the US.

I got the address of his parents as well as his real name, though I want details where he lives / goes to college to further proceed. So the Dox shouldn't be too hard if you know what you're doing / got tools.

Not looking to spend unnecessary $$$, just want a basic dox if possible.
