Hi all,

With FIFA 19 coming out I thought i would release the source code/template for one of those fake "Ultimate Team Coin generator" websites for you to use to make money with CPA surveys.

The basic code works but you will want to update the colour scheme/background etc of the website as it looks quite dated (Shouldn't take any longer than 30 mins if you know HTML/CSS).

Think of this as a "base" template compared to one that can be used straight away.

Where it says "REPLACE ME WITH A SURVEY LINK/CPA LANDING PAGE LINK" obviously change to your survey links.
