What stuff does micropenis ask for now? All I know is that they want picture of SN and charger or is there more?

They also ask for Proof of purchase. My SE went wrong because I did a LIT so there was a investegation with MS and UPS. 

But yes you can buy a charger and make a photo of it and send it back and tell them that the device was a gift. Also do a FTIDv3 or something because LIT isnt working.

Never did Graphic cards but it is possible for sure. Check there RMA rules. If they say that your responsible for the shipment you can do ftidv3 or if they also do replacements for lost packages then you can do a LIT.

I am doing a surface rma at the moment. It takes some time but will work. Also you have not to lose only the costs for the boxing if you dont do it by yourself.
