Alright so, after discussing this further with the whole team we have decided that OCEBOL is to pay the agreed amount to the user pruned_17483823 in grounds that his story doesn't make sense as he was online and email notifications were enabled. 

I didn't have email notifications enabled. You are wrong. I've spent so much time on this stupid incorrect scam report already, the least you could do is check the logs and prove that at the time I had email notifications enabled and I saw the message man, that would solve this whole thing.

Can you please check the logs of [email protected] and see that I was never ever sent a message regarding the username and password. I will try for the absolute last time to explain this and have you resolve this without a doubt that I am innocent. Failing this I give up and you'll just have to ban me.

I wanted to buy a riot account, Rito messaged me and started the conversation, rito agreed on a price and I asked for his BTC wallet address, he then sent me the user:pass without me asking for it and then 1 day and 16 hours later he claims he found RP missing from the account so he made a scam report.

From the message I asked for his BTC address to the point the scam report was filed I didn't check my PMs and I did not recieve any email notifications. You can verify I did not check any PMs because you Jocker were added to the conversation before I replied to the scam report so you could see that I hadn't read the PM.

I had my nulled notification settings set to email me for a new personal message only, not to notify me when there was a reply to an existing message. You can verify this by checking all outgoing messages from " [email protected] " to my email, feel free to post them all (I'd really prefer if you didn't leak my email though) You will see that I never recieved an email with the user:pass because I didn't have those settings turned on. I honestly didn't know that was an option, after some members here said it was a possibility to get emailed the message when someone replies to your PM I went into my notification settings and changed it (like a day ago). 

Please, check outgoing messages from " [email protected] " to my email and see exactly what I was sent, you will find I wasn't sent the User:pass info via email so I could not have possibly logged on to the account and gifted RP. I again say I'm innocent and this whole thing is a huge misunderstanding.

EDIT* Also as for my story not making sense, here's a short explanation of my story, feel free to ask any questions if you need clarification on anything that doesn't make sense.

I wanted to buy a Riot acc to replace my banned main, pruned_17483823 pm'd me, we settled on a price and I asked for his BTC address and 1-2 days to buy some BTC, he sends me a BTC address and the user:pass but I don't see the message because I don't have email notifications and often my message icon  thing says there are no messages when there are. This happened this morning. I logged on and it didn't say there were any new messages but I knew there were because I got emails saying there were. My grand 'exit scam' of 7K RP (worth $7 by the way at the usual going rate) is a joke. I wouldn't ever exit scam nor scam anyone at all, least of all for $7. You can't scam for an account because the person can just contact riot and get the account banned, everyone knows this. I only transferred the account to OCE after he had reported the account to riot in an attempt to save the account, I bought paypal funds to transfer the account hoping that I could maybe play for a couple days on the account before it is banned and once it is banned i could try to reverse the paypal transaction then re-pay the $20 to get the account unbanned (an old method for unbanning league accounts). I was willing to still buy the account even after pruned_17483823 lost the 4K RP that was on it for the original price still because I thought it was a good deal and I really wanted a new main for league. That's the 100% truth, all out there in the open. I'm actually pissed off and you can see it in some of my messages because I don't get a cheap unlocked account because pruned_17483823 went and put in a ticket, and I've had to spend the last 5 days defending myself and also even a bit mad at Jocker for the decisions he's made so far, especially the last one because he has made a mistake in saying I had email notifications turned on.

The idea of a scam is that you get something for nothing, you scam them. You can't scam someone by stealing a verified account, they can just report the account to riot and get it banned. I did not scam to get $7 of RP to gift to some EUW account, I don't play on EUW because the ping sucks. I didn't sell the RP to some random on EUW. I don't care or know if the recipient of the RP got banned because it isn't me or anyone I know. Again, the idea of a scam is that you get something for nothing. I'm getting nothing for nothing. I can't see how the admins decision could be that I pay pruned_17483823 $40 . It blows my mind.

No you didn't you idiot. I didn't see my PMs. Stop lying, you didn't see me looking at PMs because I didn't look at the PM until after the scam report was lodged. I'm happy to deal in facts, but you say "Facts" then insert bullshit like this.

What proof do you have that I looked at PMs? How can you possibly know that I checked a PM of mine through nulled? .. That's right you can't, you're assuming I did. Please deal in facts and not lies. 

You had account details more then 2 days, you did not answer to any PM or did payment for account. 3 days after that i log onto account to find all RP gone and you do not respond to my question what happened to RP. 

It's like talking to a brick wall. I didn't take the RP. And your math is wrong, stop lying and exaggerating times to make your case look better. The Mod's decision for me to pay you the original amount is an incorrect decision. If they read this I believe they will change their mind.

You gave me the details 15 Nov @ 8.44Am my time. You lodged this scam report on the 17th November at 1.12AM - see pics below. That's a total of 1 day and 16 hours and 32 minutes. Stop saying I had the details more than 2 days and 3 days after you logged into an account.

The truth of it is I didn't check my PMs for 1 day and 16 hours. By the time I checked my PMs you had made a scam report against me and reported the account to riot so that it would eventually be banned. You incorrectly thought I was scamming you and ruined the account on your own. 

I never asked you for the account details. In fact you PM'd me first saying you had a riot account. I didn't search you looking to scam you or plan an exit scam as you have so wrongfully claimed. You contacted me, You gave me the details without me asking and you put in a scam report before I had even responded. You have lied saying that I checked my messages, when I did not. You have lied saying you waited 3 days when you did not, you have lied saying you want no compensation and then later demanding you want a replacement account. I am looking for one awesome account to replace my banned main, I do not have an account to replace the one you lost yourself and you know it.

If the mods read all of my post and genuinely think I should be responsible for this then I will accept that I get banned as I'm not paying pruned_17483823 for an account he reported to Riot and falsely accused me of stealing RP from. But the truth of the matter is I did not gift any RP from that account, I don't have any accounts on EUW that i would want to gift RP to, I didn't sell off the RP or anything like that. I wanted to purchase the account and I would have used the RP on the account to transfer it to OCE. pruned_17483823 contacted me, gave me the details and in under 24 hours the account mysteriously got RP gifted from it and he demands compensation.

This whole thing is taking up too much of my time. I don't have the time to trowel through this to prove my innocence, he should have to prove guilt. And since I'm actually innocent surely this can just be closed.  I'm sad I couldn't buy this account, all I wanted is for an awesome account to replace my main but this immature member went crazy and reported the account to riot not 48 hours after giving me the details via PM (without me asking for them = I expected he would give BTC address I would pay then he would give the details of the account which is why I wasn't checking my PMs constantly)

Okay. Some kind of reverse scam or missunderstanding.

Hopefully Jocker was paying attention when he was added to the conversation. He will see that the last time I "read" that conversation was when I typed asking for his BTC address. The PM's from Rito weren't read by me, I didn't know the username:password or anything until this very moment. I did not gift anything nor log onto the account at all.

I am OCE, I don't have ANY accounts on EUW.

Also come to think of it, pruned_17483823 would have been able to see that I hadn't read his PM when writing the "wtf you gifted yourself" part of the PM. It definitely wasn't me. Either you've gifted all the RP because you didn't want to sell me the account and listed this scam report, or someone else has managed to get the username and password somehow.

For what it's worth, I would have transferred the account to OCE with the RP, not gifted it to some random account. I wanted at least 2600RP on the account so I could transfer it. 

TLDR: It wasn't me, if I was scamming I would have the brains to take the entire account not gift some random RP.

And also, I'm still interested in buying the account.
