You wouldn't able to link your debit card to the new account, and I think the same goes for your bank (although I didn't try it). Using the same ID number or IP will get the new account limited as well (around 10 days).

Sucks, I guess there's no way around transferring funds from my PayPal to my bank, I'll try linking my bank account and not the debit card, maybe that wouldn't be flagged instantly but yea sucks tbh

just provide the docs in question to pp support if its a personal account
