Sorry theres no such thing as a programm that will improve your current speed. With your current setup,
I strongly suggest to go get a good graphics card probs from a GTX750 or higher. That should help out with your games the most.
Other than that, ur RAM is ....ok and CPU mediocre but should be ok to run games in med-low settings.
If ur really desperate for 5-10 fps increase, a fresh OS install and defrag is in the order, with only essential programs installed.
