Hi can you please fix the rdp connection issues
The reason was because of a DDoS attack on one of our clients, 210 Gbit/s, this caused some nodes not to respond anymore.
My apologies, this all has been fixed.

yeah this service degraded since i first joined, down time, bad performance when it's up. i might switch to a different provider on my next billing date

Me too I was saying this since the migration from Germany thing happened, the service degraded to the worst it can ever be, it was the best, 4 months I've never complained, now it's very laggy, slow and here we are these days now with these connection problems we can't access at all !
I'm seriously thinking ending my subscription this month (after 4 months of use) if they don't sort this things up
