How do so many people on here make .NET apps that dont get decompiled?

There are so many public deobfusactors and so many people here making .NET apps. How do they not get cracked, or what type of protection do they use

There are obfuscation methods that are backed into .net and encryption objects that can bury keys. But most people don't bother with much of that since the app isn't what people worry about.
