He ripped someone elses signature and added 3 more effects and text. Thats stealing and he got rip for it.

no that was someone signature that he took and edited someone and claimed as his own, thats why they are the exact same size.

as you can see in the image you say i rip she had is hand and head cut, in my sign she have is hand and head intact.
This is what i use to make the BG. Just like i say to dice. My PC was broken but if i find the PSD of the sign i will post in here.
Maybe you can learn something and then you will see the huge differences...
