Will things like search by IP, search by password, be added?
If there's a demand for it, yes.
Does it show the source of the breach for each entry?
Not directly, can be attempted if you DM me after getting the results

Why would it? We provide a legit service to find where you have been breached, aka a search engine. We can't be held responsible for people abusing it.
It's like if someone uses google to learn how to make a bomb and then makes it, can google be held responsible? It was not their action

Well, WeleakInfo did the same, and guess where they are now.

Didn't they inform about the website the passwords where from? Also, there are alternatives that are actual registered companies, how can that be then?

You are doing the same, I'm not being a dickbag, but you gotta have some pretty good OPSEC, if you intend to go down this path.

He's 100% right, you having "we are not responsible for any misuse or abuse" in the terms won't help you in court.
Be really carefull with what you are getting yourself into, and if you do make sure you are well protected.
One of the legal examples is "haveibeenpwnd" where they don't show passwords, they just let you know if you are breached yes or no.
