Website does not let the requests go through due to Incapsula.
Your only bet would be using the app which logs you in by card# and password.

The authentication in the app uses member number and password, meaning you cannot use mailpass or userpass.
You could use mail acces hits to export the member numbers from emails sent by PAYBACK, and let a tool combine those member numbers with the password of the original combo, this would make a new combo you can use on the app config/tool
