Parsing error in Openbullet. Source has wrong value and CSS Selector captures wrong value as well

Can someone please help me figure this capture out. Im trying to capture the value but in the source it always says the value is 0 and when I try to parse using CSS it returns the value of 0 as well even though its not. Can someone tell me why? Ive been racking my brain for the past few days trying to figure it out.
