Additional Information: Alright so first of all i was in a rush since i needed a hotel to stay over night and my orignal provider wasn't online,  i  saw Gmails thread and joined OP discord server and made a ticket, He says its night time and he'll do it in the morning so it can be ''safer'' and the booking won't get cancelled, Fast Forward to morning. He says he's ready to book it, i provide my info, and he books it but When he booked it, it showed a different name under the guest as seen on screenshot #7, He then tells me to Call them to make sure the guest is under my name and it wasn't, at this point the lady is already suspicious  ('' did u use someone else's account to make the booking? '') i say no and i provide the reservation number after then i change the guest name to my name, Fast Forward to when i get to the hotel, The parking wasn't free so they charged me ($15) and $50 which i get back when i check out the next day, Fast forward to when me and my girlfriend were in the room, Housekeeping knocks on the door, i open the door and the lady at the front desk is there saying we need to go down and pay since it was Fraudulent Activity and the owner called them saying ''They never used their points to make the reservation to that hotel'' so the lady takes us both down and forces us to pay for the hotel booking which was $105.54 then now she also adds the $50 to my girlfriend cc i'd get back after i check out, Since my cash was at home i had no $ left in my credit card to even buy  food and my girls balance was at 98c if i remember correctly.  (idc about parking so that can be left alone),  i contact @gmail  Discord Partner saying dude wtf is this? and he refuses to refund me  the Price i paid for the hotel, So we had no money to buy food smh. (Origninally it costed $27 for the hotel), if the lady didn't force us to pay for the hotel then i would've went to a different hotel and stayed there. Their service never said what would happened if this occurred and i think i deserve a refund for the whole thing. Lucas you're the best at solving things so i wanna hear it from you.

Lucas I’m way ahead of you we have already suspended the service. And we would be happy to refund half, we are doing that now.

This is the first issue we had of this kind, and I am the first to admit it is unacceptable.

I already told him to refund you for the payment you made to them + 50% of what the hotel charged you.
