So I got this when I try to use paypal now and was wondering if there is anyway to get around this with a new paypal account while still using my same bank/card not sure if there is a way or not but if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

that also happened to me with my $1k+ funds last june 2019 and after 6 months i cant open the account anymore fuck

I got this when i had 4k on my pp, It is possible to get it unlocked you have to call them if it's a bad rep, call again the department you have to get though can be a real pain (American reps are better) Basically they will approve a appeal in the resolution center so you will need to verify the account with ID and Bank statement
