And OP, are you selling the reship account and after that we're on our own or how would this work? Would MM funds be released after receipt of the watch? Please explain.
To give context I brought the account, it had an se'd monitor and I paid for tracking and the hold.
No matter how much I used the help section as @Flushed mentioned. They like to steal.

I would reccomend you get this item exported asap to another reship service and then attempt to resell.
If someone buys the account, pays for the shipping and account gets blocked. You'll be liable for that as much as you think you won't be and could result in your ban.
Which no one wants.
