It will be shipped directly from microsoft. This is not AR (advanced replacement) so they do not expect any item back, and it will be safe to ship to a real address.

Surface Book 2, 15", i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB Storage, GTX1060 GPU

 

A surface book with these exact specs was sold on ebay for $1,300 2 days ago. The retail price for this device is $2,900.
