Short Description Of Product/Service: First of all he ask me for animated signature and i said yes i can do it then i wanted full payment and he paid me and then we both agree that product will be finish at maximum 24-48 hours or less. after 7 hours decided to get refund cause he find another designer that made sig already. I dont really understand we have contracts and he agree with to wait then after sudden i just finish my design just rendering left and we both argue until i decided to make full refund.

Do you think its fair?.

to YungGony i send you full refund less than maximum of 2 hours after this report. Next time dont hire 2 designer at a time. and i you to deduct atleast 5$ since i made the work and you said no, first of all its your fault we have contracts that both of us agree.

I assumed you would start straight away after payment since you were so "hyped", so begin the design and were asking upfront payment from me.

I offered to pay 10 pounds upfront and 10 after he finishes work because I know how these graphic designers tend to take weeks to complete their designs. You insisted me to pay the full amount upfront. I did.

After I paid the full amount upfront, you wrote, "Ok i send you soon" at 6:09 PM. I ask for an update at 7:31 PM, somehow "soon" turns to "24 to 48 hours" and you appear in some office which you never mentioned before.

When I asked for a refund, you started full-on crying that you're already working and rendering the signature, which was a lie. I asked you to send proof of the work you have done to which you replied: "if you kiss me xD". You're a kid who does not accept losing customers. You have done absolutely zero work regarding my signature. You did not lose anything. You open a scam report on me because I am asking for money that is MINE. You're clearly a kid or at least you are a kid in the head.

No rational, mature human being would make such a big deal out of this situation.

When you were asked to send proof of what you have done, you sent me a picture that took you 2 minutes to make while we were going back and forth talking about my refund. You were also sending some old designs of yours for some other Shoppies and Combo threads as a proof of work done for me. (Which you have already deleted because you know you are wrong).

Your answer when I asked to show what have you already made to which you replied "if you kiss me xD" and then sent me some thread design which had bunch of Pizza Hut accounts and then other thread design which was associated with some combos sales thread. A demo of my signature? Thread design with Pizza Hut? How is that a demo of my signature?
