Additional Information: as you can see in screenshot i asked him for a refund he said he cant offer a refund and sent me a replacement of 1 account which i didnt ask for.later that accounts information was changed too,he blocked me on discord and ignoring my messages.

Yes but i couldnt wait i needed them immediately thats why i asked u for a refund at first  place, and yes i know i was a little frustrated because it was a gift for someone and it failed but after i chilled i messaged you again so we can talk out the problem and you just blocked me
