1. Order food, preferably under £40/$40 and exclude something ex. pickles.
2. Wait around 30 mins or so. While waiting you can eat the food it doesn't really matter.
3. Open the app and request a refund and say that you ordered your food without [item] and it had [item] in and you are allergic and now you are really sick!
4. They should give you a refund! This doesn't effect the driver as the driver didn't prepare your food, if you say something like a hair was in your food they might blame it on the driver.
