idk man. Back when I used to play, in like 2017 or something, people were crazy about pokemon. I wanted to start a discussion as to why the hype ran off, because like I loved this game.

2 days without any reply, the hype is really gone.
I got back to pokemon go 2 days ago, haven't played since 2016.

People still play, but it's all concentrated in big cities, where people actually have pokestops and gyms and stuff to do. Rural players kinda get left out.
I went down to my town's busiest shopping area last Wednesday for the 6-7 raid hour, and there were like 30 people walking around in a big herd.
A lot of college students and 30-somethings.
