Heyo! I just started SE'ing logitech and i would appreciate some tips, by the way does anyone know where i get "proof of destruction"? They keep wanting it otherwise they won't send me the replacement. I got everything else needed, receipt pictures and stuff.

People often sell POD, but you can also try avoid it by sending the product back in which ur next attempt would be the box the company and some people offer fake shipping tracking on here too. Good luk
