GUIDE: Essential champions to own, priced at 3150 IP or less [Patch 5.19]

As per the topic, and given the recent bans, people may need to rebuild champion pools on new accounts. This topic addresses the question: What champions do you consider essential to own priced at 3150 IP or less?

JUNGLE

• Xin Zhao - 1350. Has always been a consistently strong, simple AD jungler.
• Evelynn - 1350. Strong flexible/AP jungler. Extremely strong in lower ELOs since vision control is weak.
• Nunu - 450. Strong objective-taker / counter-jungler / support-jungler.

MIDDLE

• Morgana - 1350. Very powerful, safe pick with scripts due to on-reaction Black Shields.
• Lux - 3150. Safe pick, good teamfight with shields, good sniping/roams.
• Annie - 450. Easy, strong, game-changer ult.
• Katarina - 3150. Not so strong in the current meta, but can be quite powerful due to snowball potential especially in lower ELO.
• Veigar - 1350. Powerful right now. Strong vs. AP mids.

TOP

• Malphite - 1350. Always relevant due to his incredible ult. Strong in current meta.
• Shen - 3150. Strong at higher ELOs with smarter teammates.
• Gangplank - 3150. Strong carry top. Cheapest of the major late-game AD carry tops (e.g. Irelia, Riven, etc.)
• Ryze - 450. AP Top. Very powerful with scripts.
• Garen - 450/Free. Strong in current meta, but otherwise mediocre. Included simply because he can be obtained for free.

SUPPORT

• Blitzcrank - 3150. Very strong with scripts. The right grabs can win a teamfight.

• Soraka - 450. Very strong with scripts.

• Annie - 450. Strong poke support, game-changer ult.

• Morgana - 1350. Strong with scripts due to on-reaction Black Shields to keep your ADC safe, and picks with stun.

ADC

• Twitch - 3150. Late-game hypercarry. Like Kalista, but stronger lategame, and half the price.
• Tristana - 450/Free. Safe, shreds towers.
• Sivir - 450. Strong with scripts due to on-reaction shields. Ult is better at higher ELO where comps can synergize with it.

Dudes! If you want to climb the ladder u have to check this script out! I was in Gold 4 about a month ago. I started to use this script and played Corki. it got me to plat 3! And it's a free script!
