Just need some recommendations, not sure if refunding services have any risks but may use one if cheap enough. If any other methods please mention.

I can only recommend not buying that shitty phone. It's trash simply and gently said. HUAWEI is not trash in general, but their phones are trash. Buy from a decent brand, like OnePlus, Samsung, or sadly but also Iphone.

I understand, but honestly you're better off buying used. I personally don't spend big money on phones, so I bought an used Oneplus 3 and I am endlessly happy.
Oneplus pretty much gives you the most hardware for the smallest price, unlike Samsung.  And Iphone you pay for the brand, and after few years it's outdated and slow asf.
Yes all phones will get slow over time, but spending too much money on a branded phone like samsung and iphone is not necessarily a good choice.

Do your research I can really recommend Oneplus over any other brands. Unless you already know much about phones, then you probably heard about them before.
