Started dealing with this guy for some customers that wanted a different refunding method claimed he wasn't using prs but then found out he was using fake pr when my customer got an email from Amazon saying they contacted the local police station. I told him my customers wanted to stop with the refund process, he said he already started the work (wasn't refunded yet and still not) . I told him cancel it then he told me too late pay me or I consider you scammed me and I will blackmail your customers. He even started calling them to their phone numbers. I ended up paying him to make sure my customers were safe.

Also, I’ve instructed him so that he warns his customers beforehand when he will use that method to refund. We don’t want misunderstandings happening and we don’t want things going out of control either. I’m sorry you experienced such a terrible situation but I hope you’ll be able to look past this, after he has refunded you and changes his ways.
