What is the best way to clean/tweak a combo ??

I want to clean my useless lines... to make my combos HQ and save time while checking !!

 

 

On this case, I have USER:PASS lines (100k+)

 

And i only want to have the "USER" with 4 characters to 24 characters !!

And "PASS" only with 8+ characters and need to have 1 letter and 1 non-letter on it !!

 

 

What is the best way to tweak/clean that shit ?? Guys help me i'm fuckinggg my brain with that and I GIVE UP FROM TRYING
