Your account(s) will not be deleted but they will require you to change your summoner name to a Riot Account name if your summoner name is taken on another region and was registered earlier than your account.

 

You believe you need mail access to the account(s) that require a name change or else they will be locked.

 

I am not 100% certain about this yet though as I have not taken time to fully read the new upcoming changes in 2020 to LoL and Riot Accounts.
