Title says it all. I need to be able to withdraw my e-whoring money. I work with Phillipines folks, tehy can only send to bank account. I need an online service with CC withdrawal feature.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can buy a credit card from me (it's Visa).
You can use it for refunds and even for transactions.
