4.) sleep

I changed my gym routine so i go at night now and since iv found it a lot easier to sleep, I also started to go to bed a lot earlier as when i stayed up at night i found myself in bed worrying about how im not going to get enough sleep and that i was going to be tired the next day. ALSO ASMR!
