Additional Information: Well he says that he sent the box for me but the label hasn't updated for over a week now.

Doesn't have any proof that he really sent the box.

Update: Says that the box was lost but I don't believe that shit at all sorry.

@Ciara please refund him within 24 hours. 
Boxing sometimes is required within a timeframe, and if that frame is not met, the boxing process is pointless. 

Considering the box was sent but you have no proof you sent it whatsoever, then the only possible outcome is a full refund.

He said that he would box it again if he can do that, that would be nice but then with some kind of proof that he actually sent it..

Used him to box a couple of times for me never had problems.

But this is just weird tbh.
