Thoughts on th13?

I haven't gotten th13 yet, but I have seen videos about it. What do you guys think?

It is awesome and keeps the game going. No new army camps though but I think 280 is enough.

I guess it was needed to give the game back some reason to aim for because there were so many players just hanging out full resources and cant do shit with it
