They're not refunding anyone iirc. I sent them an email regarding support a couple days ago, but also no response. Basically wasting days I've left.

Hello, I am now going through the emails because we can finally give servers back.

We're not issuing refunds, we're deploying all servers back to our customers. If you've sent an email I will get back to you soon because I am going through all of them now to give servers back.

We are getting the same servers back with all the data that was on them?

No obviously not, new data center, so new servers.

All data from all servers is unfortunately lost, but server performance and speed are much better now.

Well, in this case I would like a refund as your service is not reliable and I moved to a different provider.

We're sorry but we don't issue refunds, everyone will have a server, or more, back.

You guys literally don't care. Why would I want to continue with the service you provide? It's garbage.

The first issue I encountered was when you were migrating the server to a different provider, and I had to back-up all my data and then move it to the new server. The only information about the server migration was left in the panel, which I don't log-in into every day and didn't know, so I lost all the data and sever set-up.

Second thing, the server worked smoothly at the beginning, but after a month or two, it was incredibly slow and lagging. I mainly used the RDP for the browser and didn't crack anything.

The third thing is what happens now, so I don't care about the server you will provide me with as I moved to a RELIABLE provider, so refund my money!

It probably became laggy because of the things you were using on it and/or for Windows Updates not being regularly installed. We always recommend download and installing all of the Windows Updates on your server(s).

We don't issue refunds, you can have a new and good server in our new data center provider.

We do care, otherwise we would have terminated the project without giving any server back.

We're not going to discuss this on here any further.
