Alright, so basically here's the deal. I am 17, and I have heard about these things called puff bars. The thing is, I am underage as stated earlier, but I saw that on online sites you can just order them. Basically, my question is that do they ID on delivery? Honestly bru, check the site that you are ordering. For EX. Go to FAQ and look at shipping, many sites require a credit card here you need to be 21 to get one meaning that is a form of ID'ing someone. Onto the shipping part, simply look and see what they say IF nothing appears always feel free to ask the company and state you lost your ID and wondering if my GF needs to be around so she can receive it. Onto another thing, Ebay has many of them and mostly sold by suppliers or "compannies" these niggas want there money so I doubt they will ask for ID, plus they take PayPal.
