Help with yahoo hacking, I know password

So I know the password to this specific yahoo account, but when I try to log into it, it goes straight to the 'Recover your account' thing which can only email their recovery email or call their number. 

 

I have the recovery email's password aswell... Any way around this?

It seems the Account was previously accessed based on suspicious activity and it locks out other people from logging in, thus I don't believe there is a workaround till the owner fixes the account.
