So, I have made alot of configs for OB, obviously from web. But, there is a site im looking into that has a reward program, but you can only sign into your account from the app. So, how would one simply gather the details to make a login + capture using the app on your phone...

@Captainamerica if it has an android app you could use Bluestacks for an emulator, if not I ma sure that there are IOS emulators out

Even if I use an emulator, you can’t simply right click and use dev tools to find the get/post methods.

use http debugger instead of using your browsers developer tools, it takes a little bit of set up but works great, you could even use fiddler

You use an ios device and a proxy to capture traffic
Hmm, mind explaining a bit more? How can you cap everything including "POST DATA" using a proxy?

You can use charles web proxy debugger for example on pc, then go to your network settings on the ios device and set proxy to charles, you will have to install a certificate provided by charles to be able to decrypt HTTPS traffic
