Please show me a list (privately) of all the duplicates you found on the 155 keys he sent to you comparing them to both of your customers. Keep in mind though, you clearly knew what you were doing when you accepted his no warranty terms and told him it was fine.

I agree that i did accept his no warranty terms.
But do you mean that if i were to open a microsoft key shop on nullled i could sell to members without warranty? After they purchase i resell the same codes to a few more members and when they complain to me that the key is already being used i can just ignore them because i already stated no warranty? Doesnt sounds morally right to me.

A good example is like if chiyo was selling a "New motherboard to me on ebay" but when he sends it to me its deemed faulty but since he already stated no warranty i should'nt be covered?

I agree that i did accept his no warranty terms.

But this wasn’t chiyos doing. And there’s literally no way to know if this actually happened or if you forged it (you could be making it up after giving your customer the list) there is literally no way to know that. Considering chiyo is willing to replace the duplicates, it makes no sense to blame him

Ok refer to sheet that i sent your inbox, and enter chiyo keys, check how many are duplicates. If chiyo replace them, i'm good

@ChiyoChan ended up refunding as the keys were sold to several people by his seller.
