Basically seller claims that he sold me a clean list of Microsoft Office 365 E3 codes. After getting the codes, next day a few of the codes were already being used.
I have yet to send any of the keys to my clients. Basically what we do is we send the first 10 digit codes to excel sheets to check for duplicates.
Apparently Chiyo list were being resold to a few other sellers. I compared the list he sold to me with 2 different clients and they were all duplicate keys so basically its whoever uses the key first wins

At the incepton, I have bougt 90 keys from Vietnamese seller and then post it with the notes: no insurance, no refund (because in many cases, the customer use the code but then report it having problems and require me to refund). After that, I received the offer of the xxx. He said that he would pay me after his guest has delivered.About a few hours later, he contacted and paid for me.

The next two days, I continued to purchase 65 keys from Vietnamese seller and inform him for more transaction. He agreed. Everything went on smoothly

Nevertheless, the day after, he told me that his guest had bought 70 keys from an other Vietnamese seller and of all accounts, there was 30 keys concided with 155 keys I had sold.

I asked my suppliers whether he had bought those 70keys for anyone else. he identified “Yes” and sent me the file them to check.

After testing, I noted that there are 3 keys concured for some flaws in the process the Vietnamese seller copy so he promised to replace those 3 ones.

I turned back, required my buyer to question his customer about those 70 keys then compared to accounts which Vietnamese seller had addressed me.

I tested 70 keys of his guests, contrasted with 155 keys I delivered for him together with 70  keys from my Vietnamese seller.
- Result: " only 3 keys coincided "

Hence, I come up with two hypotheses
1)  For his messages in the box chat of him and his customer are hidden, I suspect that whethe he was talking to himself and fabricate everything.
2) He and his customer collaborated to make up this story to make profit for themselves.

Questions are put:
Why did he have to cover the name of messages?
Why did he tell the customer to pay for him to buy keys from me but not having sent them to his customer
In conclusion, I have provided him valid 155 keys and not to be concured.

As the rules are put beforehand, I informed not to execute any insurance because his requirement is absolutely unreasonable.

 

if i actually sold duplicated keys, whether he could prove that the accounts of his customer was mine. I am simply a reseller, who earns profit by buying and then deliver them to others

I can send admin 155 keys I sent him - 70 keys I asked my seller and 70 keys his customer sent to me to compare.

@jaaaa9281291 you claim he sent you a list of keys somebody else also had? Is this the issue here? He clearly said he provided ''no warranty'' meaning he would make sure the keys worked upon purchase, then you said you just needed them to work upon purchase and that you ''would deal with your customer''. Is this not the same as agreeing to his terms? You had the possibility to refuse to make the purchase and you made it anyway. 

 

@ChiyoChan the whole point you made is that you provide no warranty, but the issue here isn't about the warranty itself, you can easily provide no warranty and use the keys or resell them to 10 people for 10x profit and nobody will be able to make claims because obviously the keys worked, the claim you are making about not giving any type of warranty is invalid, imagine the keys you buy are being resold to other people and they sell them to others too, in no time the keys will be used and if that was the case, you should have told him the keys could be shared. He has no way to know if you are a reseller or not, or if you got them from a reseller yourself. Your seller could be using the keys after he sells them to you and you would never know.  How can you know if the seller you use, resold the keys to many people or just to you?  this sentence is not clear so I can't comment on it: "I asked my suppliers whether he had bought those 70keys for anyone else. he identified “Yes” and sent me the file them to check." you asked your seller if he sold the list to anyone else? or what. Unclear and if you read it 10 times it makes less sense every time. If your seller resold the keys to other people, then this is the problem here, that person is using the keys.

@jaaaa9281291 also, can you explain the chat you had with your buyer? He compared all keys received from you with the ones he had and they were ALL dupllicates? It's unclear. It seems like your customer might be trying to scam you? Unless you never sent him the full list, and he had it already.

Case 1: Potenial those keys duplicated

1) How do we know seller will sell keys many times to 5 or 10 people. We don't know that. Why you was buying me many times before without complain ? Because I was reselling  good products. I have to take a risk if my supplier resell it many times. If I was a scammer, why I won't take BTC only but accepted your paypal. Because I thought this time is like many times ago. It will be fine

2) You said I didn't warranty ? When you told me the keys are being used. I asked my selller about that and he agreed to replace. I told you and you agreed with that.

Case 2: Non of keys duplicated

1) As I said before : I gave you 155 keys clear and works. Your client has the file 70 keys same this but I checked and non of this duplicacted. aslo with 70 keys my seller sent to me (Why he has to send 70 fresh keys to me if he was selling duplicated keys )

2) You told me before this things and I was selling many times to many people. Do you have any proof? You said your client bought from the guy name Hoang.An. Is this me ? You can ask your another client to ask whether is me or not.

@Lucas We don't know if supplier selling those keys many times or not. If I was selling keys many times before. Why he was buying keys from me before. It's mean I didn't selling double times. I have to take a risk if my supplier selling those key many times. My point in here because he said that I was reselling it too many people but he didn't give any proof that I am behind. @jaaaa9281291 You must ask your 2 clients compare my paypal name and name of the guys they bought keys is same or not.
