[OpenBullet] A lot of Retries

Hello! I need some help. I'm currently using a config that claims to have a high CPM. However, whenever I use the config, it is very slow and has a lot of retries. I'm not sure if that is a problem with what I'm doing, or if it's a problem with the config or proxies. I'm using sock4 proxies for this.

 

The config is Grubhub.
