Also i need it for a friend and have no experience with PS4 so I would like you to explain me the process of getting the game. Like what happens if the owner changes pass?

If he changes the password you'll be able to play the game till the licence expires. It might be in one hour or in one month. What I suggest you is to buy PSN Cards on G2A and than get refunded, use the PSN Card to buy it directly on the store itself. 

I am also trying to do this. But instead of PSN Gift Cards I found a Key for FIFA 20 on G2A and bought it, but it was only a pre order bonus key and not the full game. I am waiting for the refund to do what I suggested you.
