edit: the site says "Online library card sign-ups are temporarily disabled.", any other website like it?

edit2: this site below might work, make sure to use a vpn and best not use your home network to register, it's a gov site. i haven't tried it myself but i read that lynda is not available for ones with a library card from them, make sure to also register using an address in the same county, otherwise there will be fees, and if they ask for name and address verification just pay someone to photoshop an id, at the end it costs a lot less than a lynda lifetime account, worth it, you could resell for at least $10-15 as op mentioned
