This service was originally opened in 2017 and I got a lot of positive replies back then for an innovative service and usefull service.

I'm a Business Lawyer, trained in ADR (alternative dispute resolution). I've always had a lot of interest in online business and online marketing.

 

There is no fixed price, and no fixed list of services offered. But here are some things I can do :

  • Dispute resolution (e-mediation, e-arbitration, e-negotation on your behalf)
  • Contracts drafting / White Paper drafting / TOS drafting
  • Copyright Infrigment claims / appeal (really usefull for Instagram unban)
  • Business creation and advice

I could do that. However, you'd have to send it in your own name as I'm most likely not a registered lawyer in your country. Also, what is the collection about, is it legal, can you provide with sufficient proofs about the agreement and that you are the creditor?

The scammer is located in the US. It's not about actually suing them in their country - more about scaring him by sending him or his parents the letter.
