The user told me he can't refund my funds just because he didn't have money, while I told him he can even pay me using Paypal(even with bank), and the user ignored that message just like all others :|

He finished the work on the day he promised.
I am not happy with his work, the whole thing is basically unusable for a website and my dev has to recode almost the whole thing.
Definitely not good for the price I paid and time I waited since i could've used some free codes online.
