Since you're asking this question I guess you don't have any programming experience yet, so I suggest you to learn about algorithmics.

Afterwards as for any programming language you will have to learn the syntax of the language, i can recommend Sololearn.com for example.

Then you will have to familiarize yourself with concepts specific to language and practice, practice again and again... Starting with small projects, up to the project that makes you dream.

It's going to take time, it won't always be easy, but if you hold on you'll see the result and you will be very proud.

Just like any other 'how can I learn' question, start with the end goal in mind.

Why do you want to learn Python in the first place? The answer should be as concrete as possible. So answers like 'because I want to be a cool programmer' does not count.

Think of something SPECIFIC that  you want to do using Python. Maybe you want to perform a specific numerical calculation using that language. Or you want to automate the retrieval of phone numbers and names from text files in a folder. Any computing job that is realistic and is valuable and useful to you. Then try to code that into a program using Python.

The point is, be specific and start small. And be committed to continue learning with specific goals in mind. And lastly, have fun.  :)

Well, you can watch some youtube tutorials, then learn on your own. (if you don't want to pay money)

Or you can pay money and start a course on udemy or other learning platforms.

Try starting by solving simple numerical problems to get comfortable with usage of basic functions & syntax before attempting to apply python to a more complicated given task.

Lots of python is about maximization and without a base understanding your code will be redundant and inefficient.
