They failed a Nike refund.

 

Stepic, a refunder on their discord, is terrible at communication. 

 

He did not give updates on the process unless I asked.  Only 1 screenshot noting the time-frame for the refund by a rep, but 1 month later, failed.

 

I kept asking updates and waited for days on days for a reply, and he claims that I was "spamming"

 

Only says general statements and nothing that shows progress throughout. 

 

It's unfortunate that a little bit of transparency and honesty is too much to ask for with some guys out there.
