Just buy a VPS in russia or something and only connect to it with a no log VPN. You won't get caught.

Honestly you can't get raided for basic cracking activity.
If you do this on a large scale, for example crack accounts of some famous people or steal one of most valuable accounts on some website and do something stupid with it there is risk law agencies will get interested in you but chances for this if you crack "normal" accounts are less than 0.001%
