Amount scammed: €400

So deal was he PayPal to BTC for 20% and when i sent him btc he immediately blocked me on discord and opened a dispute in PayPal which sadly i lost and now i have €400 negative balance in PayPal.

i sent him 0.04 btc for €400 Paypal

That whole discord conv is inspect element. The whole thing with this guy happened couple weeks back,I tried sending some money for the deal but paypal cancelled the transaction so we just cancelled the deal.

Duq is saying OP faked discord chat for over 1 month

Made a fake paypal with his countries details and then chargebacked the payment itself
