What is the easiest way to fully wipe a hard drive? Is it DBAN? 

 

Can your ISP keep information on what websites you've been on such as PH and who has access to that information? 

 

Update - New Question - If my ISP did see me on websites such as PH and this one, could they do anything about it (Is it illegal)?

For the ISP question, yes they can, unless you use a VPN.

ISP usually keep logs -100%.
VPN is usually safe the way.
