I want to start a SMS Service.

But I need a script.

To be able to send and receive SMS messages using your computer, you need to have a connection with an SMSC or SMS gateway from a telco provider. Then you need to learn the SMSC protocol, which in most cases, proprietary to the company who develop and implement the SMSC. Your scripts should be based on that proprietary protocol.

 

Or you can connect a GSM modem to your computer and send SMS message using AT commands.
