The best sleep routine:
Two hours before bed, stop looking at any form of screen or LED light. It can be hard but you will notice how much your body relaxes itself.
Drink a little bit of milk, just a tiny bit.
Read a book 1 hr-30 mins before bed, your mind will relax with your body.
You will sleep like a charm. Try not to look at your phone before bed, it's a toxic habit.
