Additional Information: Have used him in the past, but now he is just completely ignoring me and procrastinating. At what point he even said something along the lines of " yeah sorry i'm just playing COD Mobile lol " 

Been waiting over a week for deliverables, but nothing. Been asking for a refund and he just keeps saying he's going to do it " today ", and today has turned into days. I just want my money back at this point so I can pay an actual seller lol
